Rawley M. Guerrero, Pharm.D., M.B.A., FASHP (1954 – 2009)

Dr. Guerrero supported and mentored "dedicated people that continue to save and change lives of patients everyday". This will be his enduring legacy for pharmacy. For this and his steadfast commitment to SERC, we gratefully remember him and dedicate the 41st SERC in his honor.

This Conference is an opportunity for pharmacy residents and graduate students to make formal professional presentations of their own projects or research; exchange information and ideas with colleagues; discuss issues confronting institutional practice; and develop intraprofessional relationships. Institutions representing nine Southeastern states and Puerto Rico are invited to participate.

The Annual SERC Conference will be held at The Classic Center in downtown Athens. Conference registration AND abstract submission will be completed through the UGA College of Pharmacy Continuing Education website. Hotel reservations will continue to be the responsibility of the individual conferees. Room blocks have been secured at 5 properties in downtown Athens within walking distance of The Classic Center.

To serve as a forum for pharmacy residents from the Southeastern region to present the results of their clinical research. This is a networking opportunity for future leaders in pharmacy and the current generation of thought leaders in the profession.

Residents, graduate students, teachers, and preceptors in institutional pharmacy and other individuals associated with or interested in residencies and/or institutional practice.
